Did you run the report HRALXSYNC in your system after you relicated

the data from R/3.

If not please do so and check the users that were in error.

Also, can you please give me details of your current EBP support

pack and also details of the R/3 system.

Also, I am attaching the note:-

550055 EBP/CRM: New integration for business partner

502564 Correcting incorrect users

There is no missing entries in ADR6 table. ADR6 table has entries

but many of the entries (around 2000+) has wrong smtp address i.e.,

it has the smtp_addr = @ which is wrong. You can check this

in ADR6 table by providing smtp_address as @ and execute this

there are around 2000+ entries are there.

This might happened at the time of user creation. How the users

are created in your system?

The user is OK till you try to move the user to another org. using

drag and drop. Once you moved the user the user will become defective

and once the user become defective the email ID can't be changed

from transaction BBPUM01.

For the defective user,

1. Please rectify the smtp_addr and smtp_srch

fields in table ADR6. (manually from the table ADR6 using debugging

2. Check the ADCP table whether the table has correct entries

ie., both comp_pers = 'C' and comp_pers = 'P'

3. If the ADCP doesn't have comp_pers = 'C'

4. Run the report Z_BUT052_ADCP_CORRECT in test mode

5. If the report shows some defective entries then run the report

in test mode = ' '

6. If the report doesn't show any defective entries then skip the step

7. Move the position of the defective user to another org.within

PPOMA_BBP and SAVE the same.

8. Move the position of the defective user back to original org. within

PPOMA_BBP and SAVE the same.

9. Now check the ADCP table whether it has proper entries.

I hope this will help.

Kind regegards,
