System throughing warning message

HI,

I am using SRM4.0 .I select the material from punch out catalogue and trying to order. when I select the approver,the system is throwing the warning message u201CNO DETAILS INFORMATION EXISTS FOR THIS USER" .

Please guide me from where the popup message is coming

when do you get this message ? when you are trying to find the approver (or) when you are trying to transfer the approver?

does this happen for certain approvers (or) for all the approvers??..

Hi,

We are using patch level 10.

I am trying to find the approver to approve the shopping cart, the system throw the warning message (NO DETAILS INFORMATION EXISTS FOR THIS USERu201D).

The system is smooth when the shopping cart value comes below my spending limit.

The system is not restricting me to process the document.

Please provide the check list to avoid this message.

Hello,

385750 : Error when changing user data in BBP

Issues like the warning message that you receive may occur due to

organizational inconsistencies.

Please also check if that all of the org units have full addresses

maintained.

Please turn off the BADI BBP_CHNG_AGNT_ALLOW and see if the issue still

persist.
