Dear SAP Gurus,

Please tell me the STEP BY STEP PROCEDURES for the creation of Production Order, having NO routing and BOM.

Why do you want to create Production Order without BOM/routing?

If you wan to create without BOm and routing. then you can enter BOm components in work order component overview manually similarly In operation overview manually enter Operation /work center

1. CO01 - create work order --> Enter material part number, Plant and order type

2. In next screen , enter Order quantity and start date.

3. As no routing exist, system will suggest : a) Ref Operation Set b) Change selection c) Generate operation

--> Select " Generate Operation

4. Now it ask for BOm selection --> selecy "No"

5. now go to componenet overview --> Enter components of BOm

6. Go to Operation overview --> ENter Work center and other data and proceed

7. Do material availability and capacity availability check, scheduling and release ad save order

This type of orders are created for rework i.e without material reference using T-code CO07 --> In components overview we enter finished good or semi FG that needs rework. Hope it is clear.
