Activity type

Hi ALL

I have a problem in my current project, we have work centers for Intenal labor (MSA......) and external labor (IRM......)

The CO activity type is different : for MSA it is L_REP and IRM it is L_REPX in the WC master data ( the CC is same XXXXXXXXXXX).

But when i am doing the time confirmation in IW41 for the WC as IRM , then it accepts L_REP as the activity type ( L_REP comes default from the Work Order, The same Order is used for internal and external work ).

My understanding is : if Activity type L_REP is not maintained in the master data of IRM , then how come it accepts the time confirmation.

Any help will be useful.

Hi ALL

The problem is solved. As i was using the same sender CC for the two different CO activity types. The time confirmation was accepting the any of the two activity types, even if other is not maintained in the master data of the external work center.
