HI,

1. How to find duplicate sales orders -different tcodes/ways

2. in SDD1 -there are diffrent signal indicators pl explain what different colours indicate

Please press CTRLSHIFTF8 U will come to know the meaning of the different buttons

Green: Not processed

Yellow :Partially processed

Red: Complete

HI ,

THx for replyin.

in SDD1 there 4 signal indicators are coming

1. near sold to party

2. in first column ( 3 signals together- near exclamatory mark)

3 & 4 in DlSt Dist

1.wether each of these signals are same or different

2. what is DlSt Dist

3. what criteria will system consider while showing duplicate orders in sdd1 report.

4. after executing the report how to analyse further to check duplicates

Hi

Red colour indicates : Sales cycle is complete

Green : Sale order does have any subsequent documents

Yellow : Indicates it has few lines items are still open
