KM folder is not visible in KM navigation iView

Hi,

I've noticed that one of the folders in KM has disappeared and is not visible inside KM navigation iView (KM Navigation iView is pointing to the parent of that folder).

It is visible when typing direct path to that folder in browser http://server:port/irj/go/km/docs/documents/.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi Ladislav,

you must have uncheck the "hide in root folder" paramter for the repository to be visible under the Root.

For that you have to follow these steps:

Goto System administrator>System configuration>Knowledge management>Content management> repository manager> then select the type of repository which you want to show under root(E.g. CM Repository for the default documents repository)>Select the repository from the list of repository>Edit>

show advanced option-->Then uncheck the HIDE in Root folder option.

Don't forget to appreacite with award if helpful!!!

Hi,

thanks for the reply. I've found the cause. The name of the folder was different than ID so that was why I couldn't find it
