SM36 : This transaction is used to create Background Jobs. If you want to run a report in background , then you can create a job for this.Click on Job Wizard and follow the instruction.

SM37 : Its the transaction to view the detail status of the backgrond jobs.

SWDD: Its the transaction to create Workflow.

SE61: Using this transaction we create documentaion. You can attach this documentaion to data element.

SPRO : Its used to do all the System settings and configuarion.

PA30 : Its a HR transaction to maintain all the details of employee.
