Upgrade stops at REPACHK2 - locked SAP objects, but how to remove?

Hi,

My SAPCRM 2007 upgrade stops during the REPACHK2 phase because there are locked SAP objects.

Its about 15 transports which are not released.

I'm not able to release/remove them with user DDIC and SAP* as I'm prompted that it can only be done with the userid that created the transports. During the upgrade phase I understand it as I'm only allowed to logon with these accounts during the upgrade phase.

The functional team have approved that the transports can be removed.

Message recieved below:

"Locked SAP-objects were found in open repairs corrections

and/or transport orders. If these orders are not released,

you will not be able to adjust these objects if necessary.

Release the repairs and transport orders to ensure that the

contained objects may be adjusted!!!"

Thanks

Tomas

Hi Tomas,

You can try changing the owner of the CR to DDIC and then release the stuck transport request. Please let me know if this works

Thanks

Hi Dhiraj,

I was still not able to remove/release the transports using DDIC or SAP*, but when entering the transport and removing each individual locked object, it seems to work now.

I assume that this is not the best solution but I hope that it will work.

Thanks.

Hi Tomas,

Yes removing the individual locks from the transport requests is certainly going to work. You can take this approch at this point of time if the number of requests are not very many.

Thanks
