Withholding Tax

I am in the middle of configuring withholding tax TDS for India based on SAP Building Block Configuration Document. However in the document it mentioned I should use data from N70_EWT_Config_EN_IN.xls. I have search SAP website and the BPP, but I couldn't find it.

Can any one please advise how to get that document?

I have search in help.sap.com, but I couldnu2019t find the N70_EWT_Config_EN_IN.xls document.

Any way whose know or have the document, can you please kindly contact me?
