MRP generating purchase requisition

Hi Gurus,

I have a FERT material say A, and below which i have a ROH material . There is a variant created for background job of MRP, which is running once in a day.in this varaint , i have control parameters set in such a way in that , it should create

planned orders for ROH not purchase requisition ( "PURCHASE REQUISITION" 3 ) . But its creating purchase requisition only.

In OMD1 T-code "Purchase requisitions" i have fixed 3 ( planned orders), even then , the system is creating purchase requisition not planned orders.

Please help me creating planned orders instead of purchase requisitions.

Dear,

Go to MDBT click on your veriant and check the indicator for Create PUrchase Req. : 3- planned order.

In this variant you will get radio button for attributes make it fix value.

Then Define Scope of Planning for Total Planning in 'OM0E'.

Then check your result.

In MRP 3 maintain procurement as a in house production.
