HI All,

How to schedule background job If Program Is taking input file from Local SAP GUI Workstation(Non Sap).

Hi,

You cannot interact with the GUI in the background you can only read a file from the application server.

for background job, you will have to take the file from application server. In your case first u will have to upload the file in the appl. server by using the T code CG3Y.

create a variant for your program first.
