ESS/MSS

Hello experts,

Im using portal EP7(SP13) and ECC6 as backend system(the SP for all FI services are SP06)

I have configured ESS/MSS on portal.wen i click on travel and expense from overview all the service under travel and expense are working fine but

Im getting the following error when i click on CREATE TRAVEL REQUEST,CREATE TRAVEL EXPENSE services.Can u tell wht is this error regarding? I searched for RFC function 'PTRA_WEB_JURCODES_GET' in backend it doesnt exist.

com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.exceptions.WDRuntimeException: no jcoMetadata found for RFC function 'PTRA_WEB_JURCODES_GET'! Please verify, that your model is consistent with the ABAP backend: 'ECD'.

Hi Latha,

Checkout the resolved thread below, who has quite similar error message as you.

Try to check the below quick checks:

1) services file on OS. There should be an entry like: sapms<SID> 36xx/tcp

2) JCO's setup (the error looks related to JCO's not being fully setup for ESS/MSS).

Hope that helps and awrd points for helpful suggestions.

when you closed the thread i assume you found the solution or somebody must have helped in resolving your issue.
