PP issue in MRP

Hi PP guru

I have one material which i am planning through SOP.Same material i want to plan the Qty into two work centre or two lines through MRP.

Can anyone tell me the solution for this

Dear,

You want to split the planned order quantity on different production line then go for Quota arrangement. It can be used if the demand (100) is created in which is define the ratio 70:30 but it will create two planned order after MRP Run. Go to transaction MEQ1 maintain a quota arrangement for this material. In MRP 1 view choose lot size as 'ES' and in MRP 2 view maintain quota usage as 4.

You need to maintain two production version in material master.

then create plan in SOP transfer to dement managment then run MRP you will get two planned order on for your production line.
