While run MRP

Hi PP/MM guru

I have one raw matrial which is having three vendor. While running the MRP I need vendor based lead time . But MRP does not taken into consideration .

For Example

Materail Rod (Raw materials) which has following vendoars

Vendor A , Lead time 45 days

Vendor B,lead time 10 Days

Vendor C , lead time 5 days

But MRP leadtime in Material master 20 days

Requirement is while run the MRP i need lead time vendor based not MRP based

Can any one tell me the solution

Dear,

Planned Delivery Time are maintained in 3 places

1)In Material Master, MRP 2 View

2)In Vendor Master, Purchasing Data View

3) In Info Record, Purchasing Org View

In Material Master, MRP View what you are maintaining....based on this thing only, the "Replinshment Lead Time" of MRP Planning is calculated...( RLT is nothing but PR Processing time + Planned delivery Time + GR Processing time)

In Info Record What you are maintaining, it will be copied to PO

Planned delivery time in maintained in Inforecord/scheduling agreement,material master and vendor master

If u have activated it in OMDT for plant level planned delivery time is always calculated from info record/scheduling agreement acoording to your vendor.

Or,

It is possible if you run MRP for vendor in MDW1 by activating MRP Area
