Arrears and Retro

HI frds,

What is the difference b/t Retro and Arrears ?

[when we made change for the previous month (basic pay) than retro will happen.

The amount which is displaying in the arrears technical wage type.] Correct if i am wrong

please the list out the Arrears Technical wage type when we maintain the wage type in the infotype 0014 and 0015

Technically both are the same. Please check the note on wagetypes /551, /552 and /553. That would help you ..
