Dear,

Have you configured the print control for production order properly. Transaction OPK8.

In this check the following:

1) Of the lists you want t print are appearing in the Names of Lists.

2) In the spool parameters the prod order plant appears and on double clicking the line the relevant print lists are checked and the output list mentioned.

3) The correct print program is mentioned against each of the lists.

The production order can be printed in CO02 screen itself.(Ctrl+P). To define what to be printed, you need to identify/define the correct list in the transaction OPK8. Once the correct combination is selected for the required plant and order type, this can be printed in production order.

But for the preview after printing, you can view the spools created in SP01.

Or T code CO04N or CO04 is meant for printing production orders

Check with your developer how is he fetching the data and displaying in the layout. Is he using standard tables to display the data or some other static information.

Ideally if you change anything the process/production order, it will refresh the data in the corresponding standard tables. Hence if you run the layout again, it should refer to the latest information.
