Report shrinked when accessed thru ITS

Hi Friends,

We have developed a report with custom container having ALV and some buttons on application tool bar.

Report is displayed properly when logged from GUI but thru ITS the report got shrinked to half its size vertically.

Whats might be the problem?

Can some one help me on this.

this is ITS patch problem. when latest path is installed, it worked fine.
