Here I have a doubt that if I did not maintaine Inhouse Production time in material master and I maintained my Scheduling Margin key in Material master. But I maintained my setup time, Machine time, Labour time in routing.
While rinning MRP is system will through any exception?
Please clarify.
Thanking you.

HI,
system will not creating any exception message.
at the time of MRP run when u select scheduling with basic dates system will schedule ur order according
to ur schedule margin key and if u select the sheduling with lead tiem scheduling system will calculate ur
production dates according to ur schedule margin key as wel as acording to routing master,i.e. setup time
machine tme or labour time as formula difined.

Hi,
While running MRP, if you select Scheduling - Lead time scheduling, system will consider timings from routing.
In planned order Basic start date & Schedule start date difference will come due to inhouse prod time not maintained in material master. So system wll show some exception message regarding scheduling.
And it also depends on setting maintained in Define scheduling parameters for planned order tcode OPU5.

Dharma

Hai Dharma,
First of all thank U for your reply.
The problem is In house production time is for one unit of base unit of measure.(ie 1 day for 1 Each). Here we are maintaining BuM is NO, But in Routing my Base Quantity 1000NO.
So how can i maintain In House time.
I think i need to maintain inhouse time base on lot size in Work Svheduling View. Please give me the required in puts regarding the issue.
Thank you.
KM
