I want to restrict some of my users from viewing the contents of certain UDFs. Is there a way of doing this?
suda
all other users are able to go to settings of the UDFs and change them also.
I cant seem to restrict them from doing that.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

i tried this already. Removing this access only blocks them from added and modifying UDfs. But they are able to view them.

My UDFs are at header level. Actually its for "item master".
Any other way other than getting into SDK?

Hi
If it is a row level , you can restrict user from certain user by using form setting - field - visible unclick
Once you set the screen for user , then lock the Form setting so user cannot change form setting .
I think if it is header level, I think you have to do through sdk.
Hope this helps
