SP for Java Installed - Now Planning Modeler says No Authorization

Last night our basis team did the ABAP and Java support pack fixes and today when I go to RSPLAN and try to select any planning object (Aggregation Level, Function , Sequence) it throws and error message saying i have No authorization for the objects. In authorization I still have * for everything and the security guy did not make any changes since the SP update. We are on the following pieces. SAP BW SP 18 has been in place and was NOT updated recently.
