Crystal Reports - Won't start

I have Crystal Reports 2008 and it will no longer open. It starts to open and then seems to lockup. I have unistalled and reinstalled with no success. I also used GoBack to last nights copy of my disk with no success. What is wrong and how do I fix the problem?

This problem seems to have solverd itself! Crystal Reports is now running again.
