Former Member

Hi Gems,

I have an SAP Script layout where in the LOGO in the output appears to be inverted.

But for some of us we are seeing the LOGO properly.

Can any one suggest me where it is going wrong?

Thanks

Dan

i'm 100% Sure this is not an ABAP issue at all.ask your basis this is printer issue surley.

Sometimes it happends once you attache same printer as same in which logo is coming properly ,your problem would be solved.

I have this problem with HP Drivers. The problem is the driver of the PC local.

I changed the windows driver of the printer on local PC to "PDF Driver HP" ("PCL has error").

Hi,

Graphics are printed upside down from the SAP System when printed on HP

Deskjets via generic device type SAPWIN.

is it your case?...then implement SAP Note: 683605.

Thanks,

Sree.

You need to change Printer drivers for HP printer. try to inform your Basis guy about this and he will take care of installing and setting the drivers.

Thanks,

Sree.

It seems to be your printer drivers are not matching with the SAP drivers.

Instead of printing using the LOCL, try to print with the destination which is mapped in the SPAD. I have seedn this behaviour of graphics, especially in HP printers.

Every time I've had this problem the solution has been to reinstall the print drivers on the print server.

Hi dan,

Check the logo and upload the logo once again.

Hi,

Two things:

1) Upload the logo again using SE78

2) If you are seeing the Print preview and not Print out take a print out and see the same..

Hello Dan,

Check that everyone is using the same driver printer, sometimes sapScript has problems with it.
