Hello gurus. I have a question.
When you export data from SAP to a spreadsheet, you always get the message:
"Filter criteria, sorting, totals and subtotals are not taken into account"
Then you get another message to choose between Pivot Table or Table, and then a last one asking you the application you use (e.g. Excel).
Is there a way to bypass any or all of these message pop-ups and have the data sent to my spreadsheet application (Excel) automatically, in one click?
Hello ,
If you are c exporting data from any report, please follow below path,
Extras ->list -> Spread sheet -> Assign the location & file name with .xls .

Dear,
This is a standard message which you will be recieving when converting anyreports directly into Excel i.e Spreadsheet .
What it means is even if you have used filter option for sorting purpose and after this step if u click on Spreadsheet icon
(ContrlShiftF7).the system shows all the values in spreadsheet and it does not convert only the filtered values.
In the Top Menu's - Settings -
> Layout -
>Change,Select,Save ,Manage Options are been provided.
