Hi, I have some questions about multilevel categorization:
1.- It is possible to use multilevel categorization on CRM 2007 UI ?
2.- Can I use multilevel categorization on a quotation ? how ?
3.- What is the name of the BSP application "category modeler" ? and how can I access ?
Thanks
Hector,
To access the Category Modeler in CRM 2007 you need to use the following logical links:
CT-CATEGOC Create Categorization Schema
CT-CATEGOR Search Categorization Schemas
CT-CATEGOV Overview Categorization Schemas
CT-CATEGSE Advanced Search Edit
CT-CATEGSG Advanced Search Go
This is used by the following Work Center:
SSV-CAT Categorization Schemas
This is used (for example) by Navigation Bar Profile SOCIAL_SERVICES, which is used in Business Role CASEWORKER.
You could assign this Business Role to your user ID (either through SU3/SU01 or through the Organizational Model). Personally, I would create my own 'Z' Business Role and Navigation Bar Profile if you havent already, and assign the necessary Work Center/Logical Links.
I hope this helps - please award points if this was useful for you.
Andrew Griffin.
PS You used to be able to access the Category Modeler through the following URL, although we've found this doesnt work 100% in CRM 2007 (maybe a bug though):
http://<server>:<port>/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_bsp_frame/entrypoint.do?sap-client=<client number>&appl=CRMM_ERM_CAT
Yet another alternative is to add it as a favourite in the GUI and launch it from there. Click on the Favorites menu, and click Add Other Objects. Select CRM BSP Application. Enter CRMM_ERM_CAT as the application and add a description, and click ok.
