Can anyone tell me the purpose of infotype 1048?

I am looking for information regarding the purpose of infotype 1048. I cannot find this in the SAP documentation. If you could direct me to the documentation, that would be great. Otherwise, please explain when infotype 1048 is used. I think it is related to Qualifications. I found this infotype in our authorizations, but I am unable to determine what it is.

Can you give more details on what is the purpose of the infotype? The Qualifications and Qualification Group objects are stored in infotype 1000, so I don't know what additional information this is capturing.
