printing problem

Hi ,

print priview is showing the data in invoice , but while printing at printer , missing data.invoice.

Its device type problem, use proper device type.

Yes definitely there is a problem with device.Once it has happened with me too that the print preview of a particular smart form shows the logo but in printout it was not coming.When we tried the same with different printer we are able to get the logo.

So we conclude there is a problem with the printer and network guys changes the cartridge and issue was fixed.
