Item is missing from UWL Persistent Cache

Dear Experts,

I encounter a problem in UWL, the detailed of this problem as follow:

1) Opened Connection in language E

2) Executed Function:SAP_WAPI_GET_HEADER

3) Closed the Connection

4) Opened Connection in language E

5) Executed Function:SAP_WAPI_RESERVE_WORKITEM

6) Executed Function:SAP_WAPI_DECISION_COMPLETE

7) delete from KMC_UWL_ITEM_ATTR where ITEM_ID=46777

😎 closed the connection

9) Performing GroupAction for Item took time :<1266>msecs.

10) error message : UWL inconsistence Cache occurs.

So the problem was happend on step 9. I not sure why there is extra steps

that need to execute the work item again from backend system.

Hi Ramesh,

have you checked that your user has all the necessary authorizations in the backend? Are you getting any errors in ST22? I suspect this is a set up issue with your user and/or your ume setup somewhere. Is R/3 used as your ume or do you have a local one?

Search in the user mgmt section of the portal for user id "USYEOCHEE", how many results do you get?

Hello,

Our main purpose is how to get workitem data with EP UWL. Then we will be able to transfer the date to webservice directly.

so the question are:

1. Will the workitem data be update into kmc_uwl_items table when creating or modification from ERP?

2. If it's not this table, how to fetch workitem data directly?

I have checked the blogs and code sample:

We can use these codes to get bpm task itsms,But we can not get WORK ITEMS FROM ERP SYSTEM even 3 or more hours later after creating some tasks.

Could anyone help me? Thanks.

The error message in the log is complaining about the user you're using to connect to the backend system. have tried resolving that first? Does this user exist in the portal/backend system? Assumin that the cache needs a user to assign the cached items to, then you would have an issue if you are connecting with a user that does not exist on your portal.
