Is there a way to attach a file to a service desk message?

Hello,

I know it's possible to attach a file from the notification but is there a way to do it from the service desk message?

For example, if a message processor wants to attach a document which explains the proposed solution with screenshots, how can he do it?

Hi,

Click on "documents" tab and there you have option to attach document
