Manager user lock out

Force log in is set on customers site and when tried to log in today as manager the account will not log in.

Nobody at the customers site will admit to changing anything!

Does anyone know how to get behind the scenes and check/change the managers password or reset this admin account.

Hello Dominic,

Open the Installer from the command line in reset user mode. Installer -resetuser

This will allow you to reset the manager password.
