partial payment

hi,

when i do partial payment via f-28, i would like to know if this can be done.

i want to clear 2 open item. assuming i receive $500. the first open item i enter $300 as partial pmt. when hit enter, not assigned is showing $200.

when i enter for second open item, is there a way the system will auto show the balance of $200 when i double click the second open item instead of i need to manually change the payment amount to $200.

Dear Friend,

It will not show automatically balance fig ,because there is every chance that you want to clear two bills partly with that balance. if u double click on part paymrnt column it will change to balance fig.
