Need to implement custom workflow

Hello All,

I had requirement in Approval process. I have used standard approval process. But, as per requirement, I am not able to achieve by standard approval process. I describe my requirement here

Step1: Contributor (End User) uploads a document in the KM repository.

Step2: Content Admin edit (if needs) and approve the document.

Step3: Manager also edit (if needs) and approve the document.

Step4: Contributor needs to verify and approve the documents. Then only the document should be published.

Difficulties faced while using standard approval process.

1. In step 2 & 3, if the content admin/manager edits the document, again it goes to "Submit for approval".

2. I am not able to achieve Step4. For each and every document, contributor (Final approver) will be different.

Is it possible to achieve in KM? Please give some information to achieve this workflow.

Hi,

Step3: Manager also edit (if needs) and approve the document.

It's not possible. Because, when the Manager edit it these process approval is broken.

Using standard process approval is not possible to solve it.

Try to use Guided Procedure, using this tool you can do it.
