Tables behind DMS

Dear all,

I am looking for the tables in where the information is stored that is displayed in the DMS transaction CV03N.

I need to know the tables, because my client is requesting this information to be available in SAP BI.

Can anyone tell me where to find the SAP tables that are used for DMS?

Thanks,

Savita

Hi Savita,

the most relevant table are already mentioned in this thread. But for more information you can enter transaction SE11 and display all the settings and parameters for the mentioned tables too.

Further here is a short description what data is stored in which table:

DRAW - contains document data like document number, type, version, part,...

DRAT - contains the shorttext for a document info record

DRAD - contains information on all object links for a specific document info record

DRAP - shows all data of the log file for a document info record (it's like the 'display changes' function)

These are the most common tables. But you can also search for related table to package 'CV' which is

the document managment package. Therefore just use the F4 help in SE11 and enter package CV.

Best regards,

Christoph
