Hallo Experts ,
WE have implmented AE5.2 in our system.
The AE is working fine . But the email which the approvers receive is not in a good format. The mail does not have any subject & text. It only has a link which directs to the request which is pending for approval
Can you suggest / let me know how can I confgure the email.
Regards,
Shailesh
Thanks for your replies. But what I am looking at is configuring the email which the approver receives. This mail notifies approver about the new request which is pending for his approval.
I could not find this email in the STAGE configuration area.

Hi Hersh ,
I have tried these tabs. But these tabs send notifications to User Requestor , Other Approver , Manager.
I would like to configure the mail which is sent to approver.
As of now the approver receives a mail once the request is submitted. This mail contains only a link ( which leads to AE web page) & no subject & text in the body.

Thanks Frank. It works ! Really a strange name though.
One more questions..Can I configure the mail which is sent to user after auto provisioning.
e.g. Standard mail text is
Userid:
Password
SID
I want to add some more information in this mail like IP address of the system , Client , etc. Is there a way I can do this ?
Hi Shailesh,
For every mail, you can have your custome settingd for the text you want to send and this all is there when you create a STAGE.
Also, you might chosse there whom to send the mail and to whom not to send.
Regards,
Hersh.

Shailesh,
you need to go to the stage settings of the Approver step and define the emails there. Have a look at the config guide if you need more detail.
