we want to maintain different GR/IR clearing accounts for GR and Services if both are account assigned without material.

hi

u can use material group with text rather than a material

u have to configure the material group with valuation class and the val class to gl acct

maintain material grp and val class in

IMG - Material Management -> Purchasing -> Material Master -> Entry aids for items without a Material Master

then in OBYC give the gl acct for WRX key for this valuation clas

You can create two accounts and define it according to their valuation classes in OBYC....

Activate val class in OBYC for the transaction key WRX and tyou can perform the function via valuation class defined fro your material or services....

As you create a acct assgd PO with a material group, you can assign a val class to it and acct det based on this and also you can activate Account modifier for WRX and assign G/L accounts...
