We have a problem. Crystal Reports Integrator is NOT WORKING WELL with CITRIX. Initially, the problem is with the shared mapped drive (i.e. Z:\). We tried to use the UNC
sapserver\b1_shr\CrystalReports\Purchases\Non-Trade\ but to no avail. No error is encountered but the report is not showing up/displaying when Preview and Print button is clicked.
