where in customer master we will enter the TIN number

Hi,

As mentioned in the above threads VAT Reg.No is the same as the TIN Number and the same can be maintained in the VAT field and if the requirement is very particular that it has to be seen as TIN then you can change the Field name to TIN NUMBER using CMOD.

Tin and VAT number is same.. We call Tin and Vat Number is ame in India.

So we will assign the VAT number in Customer Master Data(xd02) in General Data-- Control Data Tab

We will asssign the VAT Number ..

Dear Friend.

In Customer Master Record --> General Data, you will find a tab page --" Control Data". Here, feild to enter VAT Reg No Details is available.

You can enter the TIN Number details. If this TIN Number details are required to be fetched in the outputs, suggest and advise the ABAPer accordingly.

TIN Number is nothing but "Taxpayer Identification Number" which is nothing but the customer VAT number.

The same can be maintained in customer master "General Data" under "Control Data" tab, where you can see a field "VAT Reg. No."
