HOW TO CHANGE PRODUCTION ORDER QTY,BOM AND

ROUTING AS PER USER REQUIREMENT ?

Hi,

There are 3 possibilities for the scenario you have mentioned -

1) If Prod order is in CRTD stage, can directly change the quantity, BOM and Routing.

2) If order is Released, change the BOM and routing - then read the masterdata, system will pick new BOM and routing.

3) Make a new prod order with changed BOM and routing.

Before relasing the prod order

1 In co02 you will go to header and change the total qty. Is it

production order qty

2 how do you change bom and routing ?will you go for seletion method in mrp-4 view and select prod version?

3 then in co02 you will go to read pp master data and

change bom and routing then you will change prod order

qty and release the order and save

Hello ,

What you mean by user requirement, if they dowant to change the material BOM & Routing , you need to create BDC for change the production Order based on user requirement

HI

to change the production order quantity goto CO02 the in the header screen youcan change the quantity.

if the order materials are issued and confirmed, not to go for changing the quantity.

order components are can be changed by going to component overview F6 here you can change

for routing any cahnges to be done in operations F5 then you can change the values inoperation over view,

perticularly if you want at master data

For changing BOM CS02

FOr routing CA02

if your order is created and released (not confirmed and not goods issued)then if there were changes held at BOM and routing , if the cahnges ahs to reflect in order, then

in menu goto functions-->clcik on read PPmaster

then system comes back to created status if teh order is laready in released mode.

after doing read master the changed masters will come in to order

Dear ,

You can either change prod qty through CO02 or go to MD04 click on detail and change quantity of production order .

If you want to change BOM or Routing then Go to Funtion > read PP master data and select BOM and routing you need .

But this will make prod ord status CRTD that is created . If there are some GI/GR already done then you have to reverse it . If confirmation is done PCNF/CNF you need to cancel it in co13 .

After reading PP master data you can process it as usual .

Dear,

Go to CO02(Header menu)Function Read PP master data if no transaction done it will change the production order quantity as per BOM and routing.
