Hi all,
When we are trying to create overseas transfer action, it shows the following error.
"Organizational reassignment not permitted."
Diagnosis
The organizational reassignment is not possible because
The previous and new personnel areas are assigned to different country
groupings (MOLGA)
or
The organizational assignment (feature IVWID) and the employee have
different infotype view indicators.
System response
The organizational reassignment is rejected.
Procedure
Check the attributes of the personnel areas, the settings in feature
IVWID, and the employee's infotype view indicator in the Payroll Status
infotype (transaction SE16, table PA0003, field VIEKN).
When you transfer employee from one country to another than you just can go to IT0001 and change the assingement because country grouping for those personnel areas is different, you need to carry out Action Country Reassingement in PA40 this executes hiring action in new country than termination action from present country, this will creat new Personnel Number for the employee.

go to PM->PA>customizing procedure->actions>setup personnel actions>personnel action types
select ur action and see the last check box.
update country reassignment check that .i think i'lll do.

Please check the country grouping for the personnel area (old& new) in the table V_T500P.
