Not possible at the SAP Application Level.
You can do it at the database level by updating the UFLAG to 0, for that particular client and user in table USR02.

not working....................any command.. 0 rows found msg.
update sapsid.usr02 set uflag = 0 where bname = u2018<user-name>u2019 and mandt = u2018<client numberu2019;
also once this is done, do a \$tab or/$tab at the command line in SAPGUI to refresh the table buffer for USR02.
