Printing only black

Hi All

One of clients has a printing issue.

The print preview looks correct, but when you print, the page is full black.

any ideas.

We had a similar problem at a client, and it was resolved by installing the latest print drivers for the printer.

please check the printer driver on the client machine. sap only refers to the driver. if it fails, you get printed crap.
