Problem with shop on behalf

Hello all, I am trying to put shop on behalf function in organizational structure....

I have this:

User A: in her attributes I have in REQUESTER O XXXXXX that corresponds with purchasing organization that the user wants to buy

Purchasing organization XXXXXXX: In its attributes I have in REQUESTER USXXXXXXX that corresponds with user that wants to buy on behalf....

Can you help me? because when the user goes to the system and shopping on behalf function, she can't see purchasing organization XXXXXXX

Hello,

- How many companies does the group have and need finally to be

maintained in the pdorg structure of EBP?

- Which PurchOrgs and -Groups do actually belong to these companies?

- If PurchOrgs and -Groups belong to a company they should be

maintained in the pdorg structure under the org. node where the

company code flag has been set.

Hello Gaurav, sorry but I don't understand what are you trying to explain me...

I have a purchasing organization with ID 50000336 and other purchasing organization with ID 50000338. I have an user that belongs to purchasing organization 50000338 that has in her REQUESTOR attribute O 50000336 to use function shop on behalf to this purchasing organization. And then I have in purchasing organization 50000336 a REQUESTOR attribute with value USZ00224UR (user).

But when the user log on into the system, she can't see in shop on behalf option purchasing organization 50000336 to shop.

Right click the screen view source code You may get the source code.

Here you chack what is your sc tcode

since BBPSC01 - has on behalf of functionality

bbpsc02 - does not have on behal of functionality.

We could see only purchase group right in the sc right?

When user goes to shop on behalf option in web transaction, and she select shop for in the top of the window, she can't see purchasing organization to shop for....

Hi Rosa,

You will get the list of users under the purchase organisation.

You will not get the Purchase organisation name in the behalf of field value.

Hello, but I have another purchasing organization assigned to it and she can see this purchasing organization, I did all configuration for this new purchasing organization and she can't see it....

What can be happened?

Plz write to my business mail id. I did some testing .I can send you the results However it is coming all the user instead of PO.
