sap hr: steps for hourly employee configaration

Hi Gurus,

Please let me know how to create Jobs and Positions for hourly employees.and what r the necessary configuration steps to be done in Time management in case of hourly wage employees.

Hi,

If it hourly or montly salaried emplyoess , the config in om remains the same. In time,we have to go for +ve time .

Since Clock in and clock out of the emp should be maintained .Time config will be different .

Hi Prince,

I belive it is not must to be +ve time mgmt i belive. Even though they are hourly employee we can assume that they are comming to the work on regular basis and give full attendances and pay.

If there is any deviations we can always capture those deviations and do calculations isn't?

If i am wrong please advise me
