Leave entitlement

Hello,

We need to generate annual leave through the TQTA schema.

The leave entitlement can be of 2 types:

1. Give the leaves monthly

2. Give the entire balance in one go

In the system there are 2 Employee groupings defined.

How do i setup the leave so that i can achieve the above mentioned.

Actually i need to generate the quota at the beginning of the year/month.

are u generationg quota through RPTQTA00 report

then for that quota type u can assign period in V_T559E.

Hi.. check your base entitlement configuration and selection rules and try generating through PT 60 (Time evaluation). if that does'nt work, probably you should try writing a rule.

HI Sruthi,

You can do this in the configuration.

For one group of employees you can set that quota should be generated monthly and for another group of employees quota should be generated yearly. And maintain different groupings for both the employees groups.

Configure this in V_T559E & V_T559L and run the time evaluation using PT60.
