Dear Gurus,
we just started with collaboration and we are trying to use the daily subscription.
We set the following status:
Notification: Any Change
Channel: E-Mail-Adress
Frequency: Daily
Expires: Never
Scope: All items in this folder and in SubFolders to Complete Depth
We changed a few files/folders during the last days, but we do not receive any mail.
I tested it with another setting:
Notification: Any Change
Channel: E-Mail-Adress
Frequency: On every event
Expires: Never
Scope: All items in this folder and in SubFolders to Complete Depth
By using "on every event" it works fine.
I also checked the following path:
System administration > System Configuration > KM > Content Management > Global Services > Sheduler Tasks
here I found the following entry:
Task name: DailySubscription
Priority: 1
Time Table

we found a solution: we had to select the relevant CM system in the pooling sheduler
