I have one customer. He has some due items. I already issued 4 dunning letters. ofter issuing the dunning letters he has another due items. by this time I want to issue 1 first dunning letter fresh due items. Is it possible to issue the letter.

i have tested in our system
the system is printing always the last dunning letter althought there are new items for dunning level 1or 2
Proposal: You could create open item list or account statment for such new items...
