Interview with General Mills?

I have an inperson round with General Mills, I would appreciate if anyone could give me some inputs regarding what kind of questions can we expect in ABAP specific to General Mills interviews as I want to give my best shot.

I believe they only ask 3 questions, but they are real wicked ones:

The first one is pretty straight forward unless you have multiple personality disorders.

The second is more a "bigger picture" type question about where you are heading.

The third one is very very technical and you will need a broad knowledge and imagination.
