Hi,
login to the portal. Goto System Admin -> System Config -> Services Config -> open <Applications>, find your service -> rightClick on the folder of the service -> Administration -> here you can stop the service.
But it will automatically start when some iview/service access this stopped service.

Hi Krishna,
The J2EE Engine Visual Administrator is a graphical user interface (GUI) that enables administration of all cluster elements and all modules running on them. It provides remote monitoring and management of managers, services, libraries, and interfaces working on each element in a single GUI.
For your question, VA allows administrating and changing the properties either specific or common for each service or manager.
