APC values disappear after recalculation of asset depreciation AFAR

Hi!

after posting a first half-yearly depreciation and a subsequent intercompany transfer I've realized that:

for the assets whose acquisition has been in fiscal year 2008 the

sys shows message (transaction AW01N) "in the different

depreciation areas the depreciation has been modified" but if I

recalculate the depreciation of those assets (transaction AFAR or AS02)

the the APC values in Asset Accounting disappears and subsequently the

depreciation planned values of those assets.

I'm able to make the APC values appear again running the

Depreciation recalculation starting from the AS92

transaction...although AW01N turn back in displaying the message again.

Could you explain me how to make stopping the sys showing that kind of message?

Hi i don't understanding what you are doing,

But when you have run a depreciation run never change values is AS92! (Let only AS93 in the authorization)

When you run AFAR in background as real run (test of) it should solve the problem

If I run AFAR in background as real run the APC values of those assets whose first acquisition is a date in fiscal year 2008 disappear...I've tried...
