Dear Ramesh

You can use LSMW or BDC to delete 1000 sale orders provided, no subsequent document exists for those.

You cannot delete any datas via MASS. It can be used either to change any existing datas or fillup with new datas in bulk.

this is scenirio is totally beyond the rule.of course u can delete 1-2-5 sales order but theqty u r asking is mass deletion.

for that u can just block all those sales order.obviously system will not show any problems in that regards.

Option:

VA05-edit-Mass change-

u can find any indiactor over there to fulfill ur requirement.

otherwise simple process is like:

VF11-VL09-VL02N-VA02-Rejection reson-edut-Delete-save

Hi,

Mass deletion is not in the best practices recommended by SAP.

You can try T.code.MASS.

pls comment on this.
