Hi All,

We have an issue in PO closing.

User created a STO for 20qty and delivery and goods issue done for 20 qty. GR also completed initally for 20 qty. But after some days they reversed the GR qty 6 nos by using mvt 102. So, in the receiving plant GR qty is 14 only. The 6 nos is in stock in transit.

This is a very old PO (year :2005). For the reversal 6 nos no further GR happened. Now user wants to close the PO.

We tried to check the delivery completed indoctor through ME22N, but system giving error message as delivery was done for 20EA.

We tried to change the delivery but we couldnot. B'cos invoice already done for 20qty.

In this case how can we close the PO

Also please let us know how the stock in transit qty received.

Hi,

Try this I am not sure whether it will work or not.

But when i was facing the problem i got solution by this.

Please check the last changed date of PO, If it in too past, make minor changes to PO. Check any unchecked box and save again uncheck the box and save. now you should be able to check del completed indicator manually. or you should be able to do any futher processes.

For update delivery complete indicator.

You have to first delete Good issue transaction which is created against stock transfer order.

Because you have cancel Good receipt but Good issue is open.

So stock is in transit status.

so first delete Good issue document with MBST or MIGO.

Then try to tick on delivery complete indicator with ME22N.
